Our Year 8 Leavers Dinner will be held on Sunday, 16th November at the Petone Working Men’s Club, 47 Udy Street, Petone, starting at 5:00 PM.

Please complete the Google Form to register - https://forms.gle/ThmZFLCETbmvK5Nj9. When filling in the form, ensure you:

• Include the correct number of guests (including your child).
• Provide the names of all guests.
• Dinner cost for your child is $35.00. Additional $35.00 each for additional family members.

The form will close on Friday, 10th October (Term 4, Week 1), as we need to confirm numbers with the venue. Late registrations cannot be accepted due to limited space.

Entrance tickets will be given to your child closer to the event date once we have confirmed guest numbers against payments. Please remember: NO registration + NO payment = NO tickets.
