Junior Football:
The weather hasn't been great the last few Fridays but the Junior Strikers were lucky to get through some games! On Friday, 10th February, we had a fantastic addition to our team, Jarryd (Room 3), who also won Player of the Day. Last Friday, 24th February, despite the weather the game went ahead and the Junior Strikers had a blast. Our Player of the Day, Otis (Room 5).

Swimming Trials Thorndon Pool:
Swim trials for our Years 4-8 students were held at Thorndon Pool today. A big thank you to all the parents who came along to help. The skill level of the students was pretty spectacular.
Basketball for Term 2
The Wellington basketball competition starts in Term 2. Games are played at Akau Tangi Sports Centre, Kilbernie Stadium. The competition is open to boys and girls. The cost per player is dependent on the number of players in the team. We are looking for parents that would be willing to provide some coaching and managing support for our students. For Year 3/4, Adele has kindly offered to coach this year group. We still need parent help for the 2 teams - Year 5/6, please contact Therese and Year 7/8, please contact Ann.
