Hello, Kia Ora, Talofa lava, Malo e lelei, Namaste, Mabuhay, Ciao, Kia Orana, Ahalan, Kon-nichiwa, Ni hao, Selam, Xin chao, Bonjour, Bula, Dzien/dobry, Nee how, Shalom, Dia duit, Mauri, Cead Mile Failte, Halo, Privet/Zdravstvuite, Привіт.
Lent is the time of the year when we reflect on the stations of the cross.
Opening Prayer:
Merciful god,
look upon us as we enter these forty days,
bearing the mark of ashes,
and bless our journey through the desert of Lent.
May our fasting be hunger for justice;
our palms, a making of peace;
our prayer, the chant of humble and grateful hearts,
all that we do and pray in the name of Jesus,
for in his cross you proclaim your love
forever and ever.
Amen

Closing prayer:
As we live through this Ash Wednesday,
may the crosses of ashes that mark our foreheads
be a reminder to us and to those we meet
that we belong to your Son.
May our worship and prayer and penitance this day
be sustained throughout these 40 days of Lent.
Bring us refreshed and renewed
to the celebration of Christ's resurrection at Easter.
Amen

2019 Children's Sacramental Programme Confirmed timetable
Thank you all for your immesurable patience as we have been trying to work through this year’s timetable. This is now confirmed, bar confirmation of exactly where the Cathedral/SMA children’s catechism will take place. This I will confirm asap, but will either be in Connolly Hall or at Sacred Heart Primary School.
Please can everyone take note of all the dates and times as most have changed at some point as we have gone through several versions.
Thank you again for your patience and for all that you do to support this programme.
Every blessing in Christ,

To celebrate this we thought we would have a fancy feet day on Tuesday 12 March where students can wear dress up their feet.

Orchestra takes place every Thursday and we're very appreciative of Mrs Walker sharing her musical gifts with us.
