Please find attached our detailed updated Alert 2 Plan which will be operational for the week.

I have also included what I have sent out via email and school app.

 
The Prime Minister last night announced that from 6am this morning Auckland would return to Alert Level 3 for a period of seven days, and the rest of New Zealand would go to Alert Level 2 for the same period.

At Level 2 we play it safe at Sacred Heart Cathedral School. 

Please drop off and pick up from the gate. If you come into school, please scan the QR code or sign in at the office.

If sick – stay at home

If your child becomes sick at school we will arrange for your child to be isolated and family will be contacted.

Regular hand washing on entering and leaving school is well established.

Our students will also be able to use hand sanitiser provided when they enter and leave their classroom or when using shared spaces.

Our shared spaces will be wiped down regularly.

All students need to bring a water bottle as the water fountains are not in use at Alert Level 2.

After School Care will still run under Alert Level 2 from 2.40pm until 5.30 pm.

Year 7 and 8 Education Outside the Classroom events will be rescheduled. We will let you know the new dates once we are back in level 1.

Junior Swimming will be rescheduled.
