Dear God,
You come to us in Jesus who teaches us that the way to happiness is through our love for one another.
Watch over the teachers, students and families of Sacred Heart Cathedral School as we try to be faithful to this teaching.
Help us to be a welcoming and joyful community, so that others may come to know your love and peace.
We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord,
Amen.

Happy Chinese New Year!
祝大家新年快乐!
The Lunar New Year is here, and this year it’s all about the Dragon.
The holiday, also known as Chinese New Year and Spring Festival, officially kicked off on 10th February marking the beginning of countless celebrations worldwide.
The zodiac animal for the 2024 Lunar New Year is the Dragon, the fifth of the 12-year cycle of animals that appear in the Chinese zodiac. The last year of the Dragon was in January 2012, which marked the year of the Water Dragon. This year, however, will be the year of the Wood Dragon.
